- Application These General Terms and Conditions apply to any order placed on www.aureposdeschasseurs.be or mobile application. The client declares that they have read and accepted them without reservation by checking the designated box.
- Products Fresh prepared meals, allergens indicated on each product sheet (non-exhaustive list – customer required to inform in case of severe allergy).
- Order and conclusion of the contract The order is firm as soon as the online payment is validated. A confirmation email summarizes the order, the pickup time, and the total price including tax.
- Price and payment Price in euros including VAT. 100% secure online payment via Mollie. No refunds after preparation (except in case of restaurant error).
- Pickup Only pickup at the restaurant during the chosen time slots. Delay > 30 min = dishes kept for a maximum of 1 hour then discarded (no refund). Cancellation possible up to 72 hours before the chosen time slot.
- Right of withdrawal EXCLUDED (art. VI.53, 12° Code of Economic Law): perishable goods delivered/prepared on order.
- Responsibility The restaurant disclaims any responsibility in case of unreported allergies or improper storage by the customer after pickup.
- Personal data Processing in accordance with the GDPR. Privacy policy available.
- Disputes Belgian law. Competent court: Brussels.
