The art of cooking at the table - Beef Bourguignonne fondue is the promise of a meal without a clock. Each guest dips premium beef at their own pace into boiling 100% vegetable oil or wine broth, composing their plate as they wish, paired with our 4 homemade cold sauces. Minimum 2 persons.

The stone reveals the meat - The lava stone heated to a high temperature (380°C) sears the meat while preserving its juices and flavors. No fat, no intermediary — just the mineral heat and the quality of the meat. You choose your cut, you cook it to your liking. A perfect cooking according to your desires.
