The art of cooking it yourself - Fondue Bourguignonne is the promise of a meal unhurried by the clock. Each guest dips premium beef cubes into bubbling, 100% vegetable oil at their own pace, composing their plate just as they please, accompanied by our 4 homemade cold sauces.

O Bourguignonne fondue, radiant and bright, proud in your bubbling bath you preside through the night. The beef, so noble, so rare and so fine, plunges below like an offering divine. Cube after cube, crisped golden and neat, each to its liking, its moment complete. Sauces in procession, and fries crisp and light, faithfully follow each hungering bite. Around the pot the bright laughter is spun, happiness melting, and savoured as one. Shared among friends in a circle so dear, each mouthful a memory, warm and sincere.

Hot Stone Grill (Pierrade)

The stone reveals the meat - The lava stone, heated to a high temperature (380 °C), sears the meat while preserving its juices and flavours. No fat, no intermediary — just the mineral heat and the quality of the meat. You choose your cut and cook it to your liking. A perfect cooking to suit your desires.
